Citizens on Patrol is a volunteer organization. The Overton Park NA volunteers enhance neighborhood security by providing a visible presence and a watchful eye for criminal or dangerous activity. With radios provided by the police department our OPNA volunteers are directly in contact with the authorities to quickly report any suspicious activity.

Objectives of the COPS program are: ★ Reduce crime in our neighborhood ★ Assist the police department through observations ★ Provide a safe, secure environment ★ Increase crime awareness among residents ★ Increase cooperation between citizens and police officers.

This committee was established to gather and organize information about transportation issues impacting our neighborhood, to propose actions aiming at maintaining or improving Life Quality and Safety related to vehicular and pedestrian infrastructure. A main focus will be with SH 121 Toll Road traffic impacts to OPNA residents.
